Here is how an adult dating chat room works

The left hand side of the above screen is a real time display of conversations taking place.
On the right hand panel a list of members currently in the room is provided.
As someone enters the room, their name is added in real time to the left hand panel.
For example: "Shag-Happy has just entered (female)" flashes up at the top of the screen to tell you that a single female who uses the nick name "Shag Happy" has entered the chat room.
To identify the profile status of any of the other members in the room, just click on a name in the right panel and then on the middle icon above the names list. Immediately you are told whether they are male, female, couple, etc.

The Private Message Feature

It is also possible to have personal conversations with a selected occupant of the room. This provides privacy from the other occupants, but you should always ask permission first.
Use this private message feature by selecting in the same way as you would for viewing a profile but this time, it is the icon to the left of the name that is selected.
