This adult parties venue is a private residence, located in Reading,
Berks. The parties are warmly hosted by Sue, an experienced adult party
hostess who welcomes her guests and creates a relaxing, friendly atmosphere
for all.
Usually held on the third Thursday of every month, the adult parties are
attended by ten to twenty guests. The format is basically a 'Greedy Girl
Party' type but swinger couples who are single-male friendly are always
welcome to attend as well as singles. A booking with a deposit system
is used to control the ratio of males to females. Our aim is to ensure
that this does not exceed 3:1.

Easily accessible from M4 and London
The venue is located in a pleasant residential area just off the A329,
less than ten minutes drive from junction 12 of the M4. Central London
is just over an hour away, Bristol an hour and a half and Birmingham two
hours.
There is ample safe and free parking on the road outside the venue, with
room for two cars on the drive of the house as well.
For guests going to the adult parties in Reading by public transport,
the railway station is four minutes away from the venue. Trains arrive
from London, Bristol, Manchester, Southampton, Guildford at regular intervals.
The journey to and from London (Paddington) usually takes 35 minutes and
trains leave and arrive every ten to fifteen minutes.

On warm summer evenings it is possible to have outdoor fun the secluded

buffet and soft drinks are laid out.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own alcoholic drinks which can
be kept chilled until used.
